Approach At David Joseph, we bring the same honesty and integrity to our relationships with candidates and employers.  We want to help candidates find new attractive positions, and we will provide guidance and counsel as candidates decide whether to make a job change.   We are only interested in making good matches when people are ready to move.  We do not press attorneys to become job candidates.  There is little to be gained by either the candidate or the employer when a candidate is not comfortable with the idea of making a move.  When we are unable to help an attorney ready to move, we will suggest alternatives (job listings, other recruiters, etc.) and endeavor to keep in touch with the attorney.  Once we have a connection, we consider feedback and responsiveness among our responsibilities.   At David Joseph, we can provide this type of individualized attention because we stay faithful to our focused approach and do not advertise for resumes.
