Steve Hitchcock, founder of David Joseph, enjoyed a legal career which included promotions, changing firms and weighing multiple offers. Steve experienced both the transition from associate to partner and the transition from non-equity to equity partner. As a result, he knows first-hand how pressures and expectations change and can talk through these issues peer-to-peer.
Steve has an individual candidate approach from start to finish (resume/business plan/LPQ review, potential employers for consideration, applications for positions, interview coordination/prep, offer review/negotiation, post-offer acceptance issues, etc.). Virtually all our candidates are through referrals and connections. Occasionally candidates contact us after their own research. All services are provided at no cost to candidates.
